If you're already a programmar, I would mentor you to go to the next level, paying attention to architecture. Why something is needed, Design Patterns. Object Oriented Programming. i would also simulate interviews with you, when you're looking for a new job.

I offer Programming (Java and Python) as a course.I start with the very basics of language (logical reasoning) and give problems which will stimulate the mind.I also encourage them to read (atleast look at) a few programming books.

I believe that 8-10 lessons would be enough to grasp a good foundation and then you can build up on that yourself :)
