I’m a native Hebrew speaker with a strong background in language teaching, and I specialize in tutoring complete beginners in Hebrew. About Me: Hebrew is my first language. I have a deep love for my language and culture, and I’m excited to share it with you. I have experience teaching English to Hebrew speakers and vice versa to students of all ages and am dedicated to making the learning process engaging.

• Teaching Method: My teaching method involves identifying your strengths and weaknesses and building personalized worksheets based on those assessments. After an initial assessment, our lessons will be divided into two parts:** Active Lesson: This is the main part of each session. It involves the introduction of grammar rules, paragraph structures, new words, and phrases. We’ll engage in active discussions of their implementation in text and speech using preassigned reading materials.
  • Guided Exercises and Personal Work: This is crucial for developing language learning skills. I’ll use personalized worksheets to reinforce the concepts introduced in the active lesson.

By learning to read and analyze texts in Hebrew, you’ll develop the skills required to master proficiency in the language. Any remaining work not finished during our session will be assigned as homework. As you progress through my lessons, you’ll gain the ability to handle passive learning exercises (reading and listening)unguided and active learning (writing, speaking, quizzes, etc.) with minimal guidance. My philosophy is that the majority of studying occurs when a student is fully engaged in a text at their own pace and in their preferred environment. The purpose of our lessons and guided exercises is to acquire the basic concepts of Hebrew and, more importantly, to develop self-learning skills.
