Who you'll be working with

Qualified psychologist with formal teaching credentials. I designed and delivered psychoeducation in a psychiatric hospital and served as lead school instructor of a post-secondary psychology programme for adult learners. 

What I teach The full IB Psychology course, SL and HL, built around the current syllabus (first assessment 2027): the biological, cognitive and sociocultural approaches, research methodology, the four contexts (health and well-being, human development, human relationships, learning and cognition) and the six key concepts. Lessons are conducted entirely in English.

How we work Everything runs on my own materials, mapped directly to IB assessment criteria and mark schemes. Depending on where you are, we focus on:

• Paper 1 and 2 technique: SAQs and ERQs, decoding command terms, and structuring extended responses that hit every band of the rubric
• The Internal Assessment: building a sharp, defensible research proposal, from research question to justification
• The Extended Essay in Psychology: scoping, research and writing that holds up to examiner scrutiny HL Paper 3: the extensions (culture, motivation, technology) plus data analysis and interpretation

Who it's for Students aiming for a 6 or 7, students drowning in the volume of content who need a system, and anyone whose writing doesn't yet reflect how much they actually understand.
