Hi there. I am Brazilian and have taught Portuguese and English for over 19 years. I can teach General English and General Portuguese, Business English, exam preparation (FCE, CAE, CPE and IELTS), academic writing and applied statistics for university. I have experience with teenagers and adults, but mainly adults. As for my education, I have two MAs in Education (University of Warsaw and University of Nottingham), a teaching certificate and a teaching diploma (both accredited by the Canadian government), and a PhD in applied linguistics. I also hold few certificates on statistical analyses (which i have been teaching for over 3 years) and have published in prestigious scientific journals. I have lived and taught in Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic and Poland. My English proficiency is rated as C2 as I have obtained the IELTS (9 - maximum) and the CPE (C2).

5/5Breno has been our teacher for at least three years. My experience with him is great. He was the first teacher who taught me how to learn and understand the English grammar. He is able to explain everything easily and his lessons are practical and fun.
5/5Breno was my teacher for 3 years. I was very satisfied with Breno's kind of teaching. He was ready before every lesson. I was very satisfied with Breno's activities during the lessons, because he was able to support every student individually. Breno was the best teacher from the teachers who I met up to now. In my opinion, Breno is a professional teacher.
5/5Breno taught me for three years and I can recomend him as an Englisch teacher because of the folowing reasons:
- He is always in time for the lesons.
- He is real teacher - I mean not only Englisch speaking foreigner. Simply he knowshow to teach.
- He has a very good ability to explain grammar and to practice it very communicatively, which makes his teaching interesting and students don't feel bored.
- He's always thinking how to make the lesson useful and practical for students and for their needs and fulfill their requirements.
- At least he's a very friendly man and I'll miss him as a friend.
I hope He'll come back to Prague to be my teacher again :)
5/5He was my 5th English teacher but the first who really taught me English. The progress during 3,5 years studying was great. I enjoy English now. I'm very sad he has moved to Poland.
5/5Breno has been my english teacher for one year and I have to say that he is one of the best I have ever had. Always well prepared, always in good mood, always ready to help and explain everything.
5/5Breno is a really good and professional teacher. He is always very well prepared for each lesson. He has always a smile on his face. Breno is a very friendly teacher. He taught me for one year and I can say that I´m very sad he is leaving Prague. I´ll miss him like a teacher and a friend. If you want friendly, professional, clever and excellent teacher, call him.
5/5Breno has taught me for 4 years. He prepared an individual plan of study according to my requirements and my possibilities. Breno was very unhappy that I couldn’t prepare for my lesson. I can see that it is important for him to improve my English knowledge.
The English lessons were always in good atmosphere, which made me comfortable to communicate.
5/5I have been thought by Breno for 4 years, and my experience was only great. His lessons are very communicative and they always flow well. Breno is always carefully prepared and on time. He is able to adapt to all my needs. Next, he had been a teacher in my company and 3 other groups asked for him instead of their current teacher during that time.

He usually brought interesting topics to our lessons. during which practiced useful comprehensive vocabulary.
Honestly, he required active conversation or participation during the class.
In case of unexpected circumstances, he is very flexible.
5/5Breno taught me English and Portuguese a few years ago. I'll never forget his interesting and lively lessons. He's not just a native speaker, who thinks he can teach his mother tongue well without any additional knowledge. He is a real TEACHER, who knows how to explain grammar in the way that a beginner understands it and who teaches in a very professional way.
