Hi! :)

I've been teaching since 2003, have been a Cambridge Certified Teacher (CELTA) since 2010, and have professional experience teaching in schools, universities, companies, and privately in Poland, Turkey, the UK, and Vietnam. I'm also currently a Pearson certified examiner.

For German, I've worked as an examiner at the Goethe Institute in Warsaw, among other places, and taught two IB courses at a leading school.

My lessons are dynamic and learner-focused, clearly based on the necessary foundations (e.g., preparation for B2 First, which includes both exam content and strategies), and always enriched with authentic materials and cultural insights (the US and UK are quite different, after all :p).

A little about me? Okay. I originally studied German Studies/Journalism before finding teaching English more interesting :))

I live in Warsaw, Poland. I either ride my mountain bike around or walk and listen to music. My favorite band is Judas Priest, but there are sooooo many others. One of the newest ones I really like is Visigoth. \m/ In my free time, I enjoy anything English-related, especially academic articles or videos, music, or comedy. I'm particularly fond of British panel shows, such as 8 out of 10 Cats Does Countdown or Taskmaster.
